Mr. Riemann is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Mississippi, #16565. He worked for the City of Gulfport for 23 Years to gain experience in Municipal work. Served as the Directors of Public Works and Engineering. Specializes in Drainage, Streets, Water, Wastewater, Landscaping, Site Work, Traffic, and Bridges design and project management with over 800 projects finished. Extremely familiar with privatization contracting and had created a contract for the City that has been in place successfully for the last 23 years. Latest contract modification occurred in 2021. Served on numerous boards such as Harrison County Utility Authority and Gulf Regional Planning Commission. Over Hurricane Katrina (2005) Preparedness and Recovery Plan for the City and oversaw the $170 Million in recovery. Awarded the National Public Works Director in 2006 by American City and County Magazine.
Mr. Stieffel is President and Owner of Dennis Stieffel and Associates, P.A., Inc. and is a Licensed Professional Engieer in Mississippi, #11420. Mr. Stieffel has over 29 years experience in the Engineering profession on the Mississippi Gulf Coast working with Engineering Firms which served as City Engineers for five (5) cities (Long Beach, Ocean Springs, D’Iberville, Pass Christian and Leaksville) and also State-Aid County Engineer (Harrison County). He also has extensive experience in the evaluation of existing facilities, conceptual design, cost and quantity estimating, evaluation of alternatives, and preparation of plans and technical specifications for many different types of projects. As President of the firm, Mr. Stieffel will closely monitor and be directly involved with every facet of the work. Mr. Stieffel will be responsible for the finished product.

Mr. Holt has over 24 years experience in the Engineering field working in the capacity of an Office Manager, Design Engineer and computer operator technician, including planning, design, surveying and CADD operation on a variety of projects, such as, street re-construction, water, sewer and drainage construction and rehabilitation and a variety of site developments.
Tracy is a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, growing up in Gulfport, where she still resides. She graduated from Gulfport High School and then went on to Mississippi State University. Although Tracy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, her true love was working with children. She took the alternate route to earn her teaching certificate. With 25 years of service to the students and staff of the Gulfport school District, she retired in March 2023, spending the last 9 years in the Technology Support Services Department. After a successful career with Gulfport School District, she is coming to work with us. Tracy adds a great deal of expertise and experience. Her strengths are customer service, optimism, initiative, anticipation of needs, excellent communication skills, finance, friendly personality, attention to detail, and bookkeeping.
After completing a 25 years career in the United States Navy, Richard retired as a Master Chief. Then he worked for the City of Gulfport in various positions from Safety Inspector, Public Works Inspection, and Equipment Manager. Retiring from the City of Gulfport in 2021, Richard brings these years of experience from all of these facets to work.
